Still life moodboard

 

In Photography we are learning about still life and with this mood board we are able to express ourselves through this genre. 

In picture 1. we have dandelions, I have these up because they are very significant to my childhood and they have good memories based around them.

2. Wine and butterflies, this photo fascinated me especially with the silhouette of the butterfly compared to the lighting in the middle of the glass and the outlining of the liquid

3. This attracted my attention with this old fashioned camera being the center of attention and the background its not just plain blurred it looks like it has texture. 

5. I liked this picture because of the questions you get when you look at it. You see this picture in many different perspectives, a friend told me he thought that the darkness was growing and it looked like a door, another told me they liked the linear reflection and how they each shrink the closer they get to the POV

6. I used to play hockey and mighty ducks was and still is my all favorite, when i saw this picture it reminded me of the phrase "ducks fly together" although this may not be ducks it gave me that nostalgia

Safety in the Workshop

 While working in the workshop you have to have covered shoes and clothes. Be familiar with the tools and environment you are working in because apparently you just have to so yeah. No running because thats just common sense to not run in the workshop especially with sharp tools that can cut your head off because we dont want anyone to die because its too much paperwork & because we dont want the animals to take over. Also no eating in the workshop because thats what interval & lunch are for. Wear protective glasses when working with saws etc to protect your eyes. What does "Human Rights" & "Social justice" mean to me

What insights did I have into 'Human Rights' and 'Social Justice' as

I learned about how others are treated in other countries?

Not all people have human rights because some people only care about money & glory &

they like having power over people & they like making people feel less of a person

. Social justice is when people get justice for something they weren't able to do before.

Kalief Browder got justice for being put in prison for a crime he didn't do &

now he is suing the state of New York.

What questions about human rights & social justice do I need answering?

Why do people let this happen?
How many people don't have human rights & why?
